  forgot a straw and how am i supposed to drink a caramel frappe without a straw. food was cold and the inside was packed. never coming back. it was so loud and the food was straight out the fridge.

  The food was hot and well presented, the only thing that let's this place down is not really their fault.. At the time of our visit on a Saturday early evening the place was filled with about 40 kids in their late teens basically making a nuisance of themselves, vaping and chasing each other around the restaurant and making aggressive comments towards customers. It would seem that this is a local hangout as none of the youths were actually ordering or eating, even though they occupied about 25% of the restaurants seating by the front door, so unfortunately you had to walk through them and their unpleasant derogatory and racist comments to get in or out. Maybe this was a one off, but it has certainly put me off from visiting again due to safety concerns.

  Feels a little harsh. But we arrived after what looked like a aftermath from a kid's party. The self service machines had no receipts and gave you no chance to check booking number. No table service at the time we arrived either. Staff looked exhausted and over worked

  Went in today. Seemed like there was enough staff but poorly coordinated. They were all leaving their work areas and overlapping with each other. I told 3 staff members I did not want salt on my fries and it was missed by the lady on fries every time. By the time I received my order, the Big Mac and the tea were cold. I could see that other customers had issues with their orders too.
